DO I NEED TO BE PRESENT AT THE TIME OF DELIVERY?

Yes someone will need to be present at the scheduled time of delivery.

CAN I GET DELIVERY THE SAME DAY?

Yes the order will have to be placed at least 4 hours prior to the time you schedule your delivery.

IS THERE A MINIMUM ORDER AMOUNT?

For in-store pickup, there is no minimum order amount. For delivery, a $50 minimum order is required. Please note some promotions may require a minimum order to activate.

HOW MUCH IS THE DELIVERY FEE?

The delivery fee is based on the distance from Pat's Food Center to the delivery address. The fee ranges from $5.00 to $20.00. There is a $50.00 minimum purchase of products- before the cost of the delivery- for us to deliver an order. You will also have to pay a $3.99 convenience fee to have your order picked.

WHY DOES MY ORDER CONFIRMATION SAY THAT PRICES ARE ESTIMATES ONLY?

The prices quoted at the time of your online order are estimated prices only. The actual order value cannot be determined until the day of pick-up because of variations in product weights (e.g. variable weight items such as produce), available prices between the date you submit your order and the date/time your order is filled and picked-up, substitutions, taxes, bottle deposits and item availability.

CAN I PLACE A DELIVERY ORDER FOR SOMEONE ELSE?

Yes you can have an order delivered to someone else. You will just need to know their address and someone will need to be there to receive the scheduled delivery.

CAN I FIND ALL THE PRODUCTS ONLINE THAT I BUY IN THE STORE?

At present, we do not have all the items in our store on the site. However, if you do not find something on the site that you know is in store you may add it to special requests and the end of checkout. Please note, Hardware items are not currently available.

DO YOU DELIVER TO BUSINESSES?

Yes we would be happy to deliver to business within the Freeland area.

IS MY PERSONAL INFORMATION KEPT CONFIDENTIAL?

Yes, your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. All payment cards that remain on file for quick checkout are stored by our financial institution and not stored in any store systems.

DO YOU HAVE A SMARTPHONE APP FOR SHOPPING ON THE GO?

Not at this time, but our website is designed to work well on mobile-sized screens.

WHAT ITEMS CANNOT BE RETURNED?

Certain items, including, but not limited to alcoholic beverages, baby formula and tobacco products, cannot be returned or refunded once you have accepted your order.

WHAT SHOULD I DO IF I HAVE ANOTHER ISSUE?

We strive to make your shopping experience quick, convenient and simple. If at any time your expectations are not being met, please reach out to our Customer Care team and we'll do our best to make it right.

CAN YOU SHIP MY ORDER TO ME?

We offer local in-store pickup and/or delivery within our community. Unfortunately, we are unable to otherwise ship products.

WHO PICKS MY ORDER?

Your order is picked by our staff of personal shoppers. They are trained to choose the highest quality product to ensure customer satisfaction.

IS THERE A FEE FOR USING PAT'S PICK'N'CLICK?

Pat's Pick'N'Click does charge a convenience fee of $3.99 per order.

WHEN WILL MY CREDIT CARD BE CHARGED FOR MY ORDER?

We pre-authorize or "place a hold" on your credit card for the estimated value when you place your order. When our personal shopper has finished shopping, your order is rung up at the register and an exact amount is known. Only when you sign for your order at pick-up will your credit card be charged.

WHAT TYPES OF PAYMENT DOES PAT'S PICK'N'CLICK ACCEPT?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover cards. Cash, Checks, Pat's Gift Cards, EBT, WIC, or Debit only cards are not accepted at this time.

ARE THE PRICES ONLINE THE SAME AS IF I WERE SHOPPING IN PAT'S FOOD CENTER?

Yes, the prices online are the same as if you were shopping in store.

CAN I USE MY COUPONS ONLINE?

Currently we can only accept Digital Coupons that you have clipped on Pat's "eCoupons" website. You will need to provide your eCoupon phone number in the "Special Requests" section during checkout for our team to apply the digital coupons to your order. Discounts for digital coupons will be reflected in your total only after your order has been rung up in store.

HOW WILL I BE CHARGED FOR ITEMS PRICED BY THE POUND?

You will need to provide an approximate weight when adding by the pound items to your cart. In your cart you will see an estimated price for those items. When your order is shopped, our team will get as close as possible to the desired weight for each item. You will only pay for the actual weight of those items.

WHAT IF AN ITEM GOES ON SALE AFTER I ORDER IT ONLINE?

If the item you ordered is offered at a lower price between the time you place the order and the time our team rings up your order, you will receive the lower price. HOWEVER, please note: All item prices are reflective of the current in store price at the time your order is rung up at the register.

IF AN ITEM IS UNAVAILABLE WILL PAT'S SUBSTITUTE ANOTHER SIMILAR ITEM?

Yes, if you indicate substitutions are allowed. This option is available when you review the items in your cart prior to checking out. If we have to make a substitution for an unavailable item we will find a comparable item to complete your order. You will be charged for the price of the new item. In addition we guarantee to communicate any substitutions we have made at the time of pick-up, prior to signing for the order.

WHAT IF THE PRODUCT I RECEIVED IS LESS THAN PERFECT?

Please contact us and we will do everything possible to insure your satisfaction! In addition, we offer all of our in store product guarantees to online shopping customers.

CAN I ADD AN ITEM TO MY ORDER AFTER I CHECKOUT?

At this time you cannot change an order after it is sent. If you call the store we can try our best to add that item, depending on where the order is in processing. However, you can choose to send a second order for the same pick-up time but you will be charged another $3.99 convenience fee.

CAN I DELETE AN ITEM IN MY ORDER AFTER I CHECKOUT?

At this time you cannot change an order after it is sent. If you call the store we can try our best to remove the item from your order before it is shopped for and processed.

WHAT IF I HAVE TO CANCEL AN ORDER?

Please call Pat's Food Center as soon as possible! The $3.99 convenience will still apply to canceled orders.

WHAT IF I AM LATE TO PICK UP AN ORDER?

Please call Pat's Food Center as soon as possible! We will only hold your order for an hour after your scheduled pick-up time without prior notice. After an hour your order will be canceled then restocked. You will not be charged for the order, however you will be charged the $3.99 convenience fee. An additional $3.99 convenience fee will be charged to orders that need to be shopped again.

WHERE DO I PICK UP MY ORDER?

Pick up area is on the north side of the building. There is signage outside of the store indicating where to pick up your order. When parked, please call the number located on the sign.

CAN SOMEONE ELSE PICK UP MY ORDER?

Yes, as long as they provide the name and order number. In addition, they must provide a VALID form of ID for any age restricted items.

CAN I HAVE PAT'S PICK'N'CLICK DELIVERED?

Yes Delivery Service is offered Monday through Friday 3 p.m. - 7.p.m. and Saturday 10 a.m. - 2 p.m. There is an minimum purchase of $50.00 and additional fee to have your order delivered.

HOW DO MY ITEMS STAY FRESH UNTIL PICK UP?

Your items will be stored for maximum freshness, including refrigeration or freezing for those items that require it.

HOW FAR IN ADVANCE CAN I PLACE MY ORDER?

You can place an order up to 5 days in advance.

IS THERE A WAY TO RE-ORDER ITEMS THAT I HAVE PREVIOUSLY PURCHASED?

Yes. You can access your order history once you are signed into your account. Just select "My Orders" on the homepage or "Orders" from the account drop down menu. You will be taken to a list of your previous orders, click on any of the past orders to view the items you chose for that order. Then simply add the items you want to your cart.

CAN I ADD SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS TO MY ORDER?

Yes. You can add notes to each individual item in your cart, and/or you could add a specific request or instructions by writing them in the "Special Requests" section during checkout. We will do our best to follow all notes and fulfill all requests.

WHAT ARE "FAVORITES"?

You can choose your favorite items to purchase and put them all in one convenient location. When you find your favorite items, click the heart located in the top left corner of the item's picture. This will put all the items you choose in your "Favorites" and will allow you to quickly add them to your cart every time you shop. To access your favorites page, click "Favorites" at the top of the page or from the account drop down menu click "Favorites." From there add all the favorite items you want to your cart.

WILL MY CART STILL HAVE ALL THE ITEMS I CHOSE IF I LEFT THE SITE AND RETURNED LATER?

Yes. If you are signed in while adding items to your shopping cart, your order will be saved until you check out or remove items from your cart.

WHEN CAN I PLACE AN ORDER?

Online shopping - Curbside Pick-up is currently available Monday-Saturday, 10am-7pm (pick-up times are subject to availability). Please place order at least 4 hours before desired pick-up time.

IS THERE A MINIMUM ORDER AMOUNT TO HAVE MY ORDER DELIVERED?

There is no minimum amount to have your order picked up in store, however you must order at least $50 in products for us to deliver your order.
